Korvos Compliance

One plan. Every AUSTRAC obligation.

$99/month, unlimited seats, AUSTRAC Tranche 2 aligned — the full compliance stack, in force since 1 July 2026. Here's everything included, and how it compares to the market.

How the wedge works

Buyer pays $25 per KYC at verification — 100% credits 1:1 against your subscription, capped at the licence fee. Once the cap is hit, no further buyer charges accrue. Your subscription is the ceiling, not the floor.

What the buyer pays, by check type.

Compared with the market

Cheaper per check. Clearer per tier.

Korvos prices the bundled KYC at $25 inc GST — structurally below the AU AML/CTF platform market, where comparable bundles sit in the $40–$80 range. Depth-transparent KYB tiering is unique to Korvos.

“Other AU AML platforms” covers the standalone AML/CTF compliance segment serving Australian real estate — both vertical-AML tools and the horizontal compliance platforms repositioned for the Tranche 2 deadline. Subscription range sourced from public listings and AU market scan as of 2026-05; per-platform pricing is mostly quote-on-request, so figures shown are typical bands rather than individual vendor prices.

What the law requires

The statutory load-bearing pieces.

The capability list above isn't a set of toggles. Each one maps to a specific obligation under the AML/CTF Act 2006 and the Rules 2025.

AMLCO singularity

Under AUSTRAC Rules 2025 every reporting entity has exactly one designated AMLCO — named in the programme, fit-and-proper assessed, with sign-off authority on suspicious matter reports and customer due diligence outcomes. Switching the AMLCO is an audit event (appointment record, governing-body resolution, standing-delegation update), not a checkbox.

4-factor risk assessment

Part A / Part B is abolished under the 2025 Rules. The programme is structured around four mandatory risk factors — customer, service, channel, geographic — and recalculates as your matter mix shifts. Every risk rating is grounded in source evidence the principal can audit.

Structured to AUSTRAC's 12-component framework

Every Korvos AML/CTF programme is structured to the 12 components AUSTRAC examiners are trained to look for, in the order their guide lays them out. When an examiner opens your programme, they find each component exactly where they expect — not buried in a 22-section legal recital.

Hash-chained, append-only records

Every AML/CTF event — KYC outcome, decision card, programme amendment, SMR draft — is written once and chained to the previous record by hash. INSERT and SELECT only at the PostgreSQL level: no UPDATE, no DELETE, ever. A regulator can verify the chain end-to-end in seconds.

AUSTRAC ZIP export

Produce a single ZIP containing your current programme, the 4-factor risk assessment, every decision card with its evidence trail, the hash-chained record bundle, and the programme-amendment history. One click. Examiner-ready.

Standing-delegation deed

The legal foundation that lets Korvos's drafter agents act on agency-internal instruments without per-field human approval. Signed at onboarding, scoped to the nine irreducible human moments, included as a schedule to your programme.

Continuous re-screening

Sanctions and PEP lists update without warning — DFAT publishes designations, OFAC adds names, AUSTRAC issues alerts. Korvos re-screens every customer against the updated lists automatically as they change. Hits surface as decision cards; the standing customer file stays current without manual sweeps.
